Who needs to issue e-Invoices?
All businesses in Malaysia will need to adopt e-Invoicing based on a phased implementation by LHDN, depending on their annual turnover.
Can I request an e-Invoice after the original invoice has been issued?
Yes. You can request an e-Invoice within 7 calendar days from the date the original invoice was issued. After that period, a new invoice may need to be issued or adjustments made through a credit/debit note, depending on the situation.
How will I receive my e-Invoice?
You will receive a copy of the e-Invoice via registered email address given.
